LEVEL 3 HACCP TRAINING PROGRAMME(12-14 FEBRUARY 2025)- ORGANIZED BY POST GRADUATE AND RESEARCH DEPARTMENT OF MICROBIOLOGY COLLABORATED WITH PVT MERIT BIOLABS

Post Graduate and Research Department of Microbiology collaborated with PVT Merit Biolabs, Palarivattom is organizing a three day Level 3 HACCP training from 12th - 14th February 2025, for participants from all disciplines.This initiative, recognized as one of the best practices of the department, aimed to foster a collective understanding of food safety and quality management, equipping attendees with essential skills to uphold global food safety standards. The training encompassed core principles of HACCP, risk assessment, hazard identification, and critical control point monitoring, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to food safety management. Expert trainers from PVT Merit Biolabs facilitated interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, offering a practical and in-depth learning experience. The department remains committed to bridging academia and industry, providing cutting-edge training to empower future professionals in microbiology, food safety, and quality management.
