'Quiz Time': Quiz Competition in connection with World Environment Day 2024



On the occasion of the World environment day, 2024 ,a quiz program titled “Quiz Time” was conducted for the students of Sree Sankara College in the seminar hall at 11:00am. Sri S.Prasad (HOD, Department of Economics) inaugurated the programme. Other faculty members of the Department, Dr. Preemy. P. Thachil, Dr. Anumol. K. A, Lt Rajy Ramakrishnan, Dr. Akhil Antony. K were also present in the programme. 11 teams consisting of two members participated in the quiz competition. After the initial round, 6 teams were selected for the final round. Preeth Johny and Bestin Biju of S5 BSc Zoology are the winners and Lakshita Lakshmi and Aswani Raj of S3 PG MCom are the runners up. The prize distribution was done by Dr. Mini K.D, Associate Professor of Department of Zoology and Coordinator Bhoomithrasena club. The programme concluded with vote of thanks by Ajbina M. A, PG Student of Economics Department.
