ENERGY AUDIT



An energy audit survey was conducted around the locality of our college.Various houses and commercial buildings were audited during the survey period. The main objective of the survey was to make the common man literate on the field of energy security.A total of 10 buildings were selected for conducting the activity. A detailed computer aided survey report was generated based on the data collected during the energy audit. As an extension of this programme our department is aiming to guide the locals about the new schemes, subsidies etc offered in government sectors to promote the rooftop panel installations.During the time of action the survey team got positive responses from the household as well as commercial building owners regarding solarising their buildings.
