Student Internship



First year students (2017-20 Batch) began their Hands On Training (HOT) mainly focusing on Solar Photovoltaic Module Installation in various industries empaneled under ANERT for a duration of 15 days. Second year students (2016-19) started On Job Training (OJT) on 12th March 2018 in various Renewable Energy Industries in Waste Management, Solar Thermal applications, Wind power Sector and Biogas streams and Solar PV module installation. After hands-on training Basil John & Jithin Babu (2017-20 Batch) got placement offers from RIM Projects, Aluva in PV module installation. Outcome: Students got the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the different aspects of Solar Photovoltaic Module Installation like site survey, product purchase, single line diagram design and installation works. Second year students got the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the basic knowledge in the fields of Waste Management, Solar Thermal applications, Wind power Sector and Biogas streams and Solar PV module installation.
