An Orientation programme for fresh students was organised by the Dept. of Sanskrit 'Disha'. Prof.P.K.Madhuri delivered key note address.

International Yoga Day was organsied by the Dept. of Sanskrit. Sri. Vipin Gurukkal, faculty of Yoga, NSQF Yoga Instructor programme guided students and teachers for the yoga performance. Dr.Anilkumar V V, Faculty of Sanskrit delivered a talk on Yoga Philosophy.

A Seminar was organised in Vedic Mathematics as a joint venture of the Departments of Mathematics, Statistics and Sanskrit from 11 to 13 August 2022. It was collaborated with IAVM and cosmic maths and supported by Education Renaissance Trust and Indian Council for Cultural Relations.

The Department of Sanskrit is offering a Sanskrit NET Examination support programme. Pre recorded classes are made available for the students and guides along with previous year solved QPs are given. NET oriented classes are getting conducted in the department.
