A combined PTA meeting of B Voc Broadcasting and Journalism and Renewable Energy Management was conducted on 7^th December 2017. The chief guest was Mr B V Subash Babu, Energy Technologist, C. The session on energy consumption was handled by him. 

A discussion on ‘The need of cinema being censored’ was held with the association of Clear Vision TV channel, Kalady for the B Voc B and J 2017 batch outside the classroom. 

There was a discussion conducted by B&J 2017 batch on ‘One year of demonetization in India’ topic on 13^th November 2017. 

The expert session was handled by Sri. Ajith K, Core Faculty, TV Journalism, Kerala Media Academy, Kakkanad. His speech included the job opportunities in the media field and the prospects for the students.
