Objectives of the Programme
⮚ To honour the contributions of Luca Pacioli, Father of Accounting
⮚ To acknowledge the work of Accountants
⮚ To make students aware about the fundamental theories and concepts in accounting
⮚ To make students familiar with organising events
The PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady celebrated International Accounting Day on 10/11/2024 by organising a Quiz competition targeting the Higher Secondary Students of the nearby vicinity.
The programme was conducted in the Sri Bharati Theertha Hall.
Eight teams having 2 students in each Prticipated the competition. 4 teams were eliminated in the first round. Among the rest 4 , Participants from St. Francis HSS, Aluva won the 1st prize. Second prize were shared among St. Thomas HSS, Malayatoor and Sree Sarada Vidyalaya. Winners were given Cash prizes by Quiz Masters
