Vote of Thanks : Ms. Gopika G, Assistant Professor, P G Department of Commerce REPORT Objectives of the Programme To prepare the students about their career goal & how to work on it. To involve and learn about the career development process and develop their skills. To create awareness among about the various co-curricular and extra activities helps the student for their overall development. To create awareness among students about the professional etiquettes. To promote the students for enhancing their skills & learn about the various innovative ways to enhance their career The PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady is conducted an Orientation Programme for First Year Degree Students on 07.09.2023 at 10.30 AM The programme was conducted in the Sri Chandra Shekarabharati Seminar Hall. The welcome address was delivered by Ms. S Gowri Antherjanam, Assistant Professor and Head, PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady The session was inaugurated and delivered Keynote Address by Mr. Nair Nandakuamr, Sr Associate Vice President,Carborundum Universal Limited. The vote of thanks was rendered by Ms. Gopika G, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady We had around 80 participants for the event. Outcome of the Programme The Orientation Programme helps students fulfill their aspirations by setting up realistic goals. Career choice will determine the students' future by providing them with their dream job and providing them a better lot with job satisfaction. Orientation Programme with an expert Professional will develop a clear road map to fulfill future dreams. An industry Professional is an expert in career opportunities and options that students must have, depending on their interests and capability. An industry Professional is well aware of the opportunity and examines them from a broader perspective to find a suitable solution for a particular student.
