International Conference on Statistics and Data Science (ICSDS-2024)



Department of Statistics, Sree Sankara College, Kalady in association with The Kerala Statistical Association (KSA), organized a 3-Day international conference on Statistics and Data Science, ICSDS-2024 on 22nd ,23rd & 24th January 2024. The conference was supported by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB). The conference included invited talks on various aspects of Statistics and Data Science. More than 40 researchers and professors across the globe have presented their research works. Other highlights of the conference were (1) Observance of the Birth Anniversary of Prof. U. S Nair (Father of Statistics in Kerala) as Kerala Statistics Day on 22nd January 2024, (2) Dr. U.S Nair ever rolling trophy for all Kerala Quiz Competition in Statistics (3) Professor R.N Pillai Young Statistician Award for the Best Research Paper (4) Dr. T.S.K Moothathu Best Paper Award (5) Professor K.Ramakrishna Pillai Endowment Lecture (6) Professor A.M Mathai Endowment Lecture.
