Academy   Vote of Thanks : Mr Abhiram K Vijay, Second year class representative   Organised by PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady in Association with Canara Bank and Kalady Grama Panchayat   Programme Brochure       REPORT  Objectives of the Programme Encourage Students to Chart Their Own Course Through Project-Based Learning Help Students Think Broadly and Unleash Their Creativity Prompt Students to Take Bold Actions Show Students What They Can Achieve Teach Students the Value of Changing Course Communicate with Students Regularly to Establish New Ways of Thinking   The PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady is started a platform for stundets to interact with successful entrepreneurs called The C Suit Converse for the Students on 07.09.2023 at 02.00 PM The programme was conducted in the Sri Chandra Shekarabharati Seminar Hall.  The welcome address was delivered by Ms. Ardra Nair A, Second year class representative, PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady The session was handled by Mr.Subin Yoosuf, CEO, Digimark Academy The vote of thanks was rendered by Mr Abhiram K Vijay, Second year class representative, PG Department of Commerce, Sree Sankara College, Kalady We had around 80 participants for the event.    Outcome of the Programme The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated that an entrepreneurial mindset is critical for addressing today’s problems. Adapting to risk, spotting opportunity, taking initiative, communicating and collaborating, being flexible, and problem solving—these are ways in which we have responded to the pandemic. And they’re all part of the entrepreneurial mindset. By instilling this way of thinking in our students, we will equip them to handle tomorrow’s challenges—as well as to identify and take advantage of future opportunities. Thinking about which of these entrepreneurial approaches you can adopt in your own teaching may require you to redesign portions of your courses or even create a new course from scratch. We encourage you to be open to experimenting and trying out some of these ideas. Like the best entrepreneurs, don’t be afraid to fail.
