ANERT TWO DAY SKILL UPGRADATION TRAINING PROGRAM



Two day skill upgradation training program for electricians was a funded program sponsored by ANERT. For the conduction of this ANERT selected 10-12 training partners in the month of October 2021.One of the partners in the list was B.Voc Renewable Energy Management, Sree Sankara College Kalady. Department got 2 batches of electricians in the month of March 2022. Each batch contained 30 candidates. The trainers of the program were Shri Baby Kuriakose, Shri Antony and Smt.Mrudhu Krishna. About the trainers: Shri Baby Kuriakose had more than 35 years of experience in the electrical energy sector . His career began at the electrical department of Telk Angamaly. Afterwards, he was employed as an Assistant engineer by the Kerala State Electricity Board. He then voluntarily retired and traveled to Dubai. He established his own company there and became a prosperous businessman. He spent more than 30 years in Dubai, where he developed his own individuality. By 2015, he had returned to Kerala. He started concentrating on a career in solar energy in 2015. Currently he works at Renergy Systems India Pvt Ltd's as Technical Director. Renergy Systems India Pvt Ltd provides the most efficient and reliable solar products available in the market. Shri Antony K L   Shri Antony K L is a B Tech Electrical Engineer. For more than 20 years, he had been employed in the profession of electrical engineering.He has expertise in the field of solar power. In solar energyprojects, he works on a freelance basis. He is a certified Anert Trainer. Smt Mrudhu Krishna Shri Mrudhu Krishna is a B Tech Electrical Engineer.She had worked on the Fact project for almost three years. Currently she is working as Maintenance Engineer at Disaster Management Center Trivandrum. She holds ANERT Trainer certification. Program was inaugurated by our principal Dr. Suresh A. IQAC CoOrdinator Dr. Prethi Nair felicitated the program. Welcome address was given by Director of DDU Kaushal Kendra Dr.Sheelamma Jacob. Vote of Thanks was given by Ms. Geethumol faculty of B.Voc Renewable Energy.
