  2. Setting Parameters for Institutional Activities
    Defining measurable parameters for various academic and administrative functions of the institution.
  3. Promotion of Learner-Centric Environment
    Facilitating a teaching-learning atmosphere that supports quality education and encourages faculty development through modern knowledge and technology.
  4. Feedback Collection and Analysis
    Gathering and analyzing feedback from all stakeholders on institutional quality processes.
  5. Dissemination of Quality Information
    Sharing information related to quality parameters and initiatives with all stakeholders.
  6. Organization of Workshops and Seminars
    Conducting inter- and intra-institutional programs on quality-related themes and promoting quality circles.
  7. Documentation of Quality Initiatives
    Maintaining records of programs and activities that contribute to quality enhancement.
  8. Coordination of Quality-Related Activities
    Acting as a nodal agency to coordinate quality initiatives, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.

  10. Preparation and Submission of AQAR
    Compiling and submitting the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per NAAC guidelines and parameters.
